The senior consultant supports priority organizational change initiatives, partners with senior and middle managers to improve employee engagement, and provides leadership development programming and coaching to strengthen our capacity to achieve ChristianaCare's strategic goals.Principal duties and responsibilities:* Partner with senior leaders to design, facilitate and lead organization development efforts that help us achieve our strategic goals. Organization development efforts may focus on the organization, facility or department level. Work includes: intake and project scoping; identification of organizational challenges; and design and delivery of interventions.* Develop and maintain strong consulting and partnering relationships with internal customers, and maintain productive working relationships with leaders, subject matter experts and outside vendors.* Provide leadership coaching to support execution of organizational development improvement efforts.* Collaborate with senior leaders to identify gaps in organizational leadership capabilities and to design and deliver leadership development solutions that help the organization achieve its strategic aims.* Develop strategies to engage and develop our extraordinary people.* Design and deliver (or manage partner delivery) effective and efficient learning programing with priority focus on managers and key staff roles.* Advise leaders in developing and deploying our people to make the best use of resources and support the development of team members.Education and experience requirements:* 10 years' experience in organizational and leadership development, demonstrating progressive increase in responsibility and engagement with executive leadership required.* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
