What Are We Looking For?
Reporting directly to the VP of Product, the Outbound Product Manager will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our product offerings and the market. This role involves close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure our products not only meet market needs but also deliver exceptional value. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Lead pre- and post-sale customer engagements to gather insights and needs. Build relationships with design partners and conduct discovery sessions for feedback.
* Market Analysis and Specifications: Create specifications for new skills based on market needs and customer input. Perform market analysis and work with the product team to prioritize features.
* Partnerships Collaboration: Collaborate with the VP of Partnerships on technical partnerships, developing joint narratives and capabilities as part of the go-to-market strategy.
* Customer Launches and Support: Participate in customer go-lives and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), offering guidance and building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
* Sales and Customer Success Enablement: Train teams on product features, develop resources to communicate benefits, and craft messaging to drive adoption and highlight Hyro.ai's value propositions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
* Strong understanding of Conversational AI and related technologies.
* Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to quickly become a product ambassador for Hyro in the US market.
* Proven experience in customer engagement, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and technical teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel as needed for customer and partner engagements
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
The offered rate of compensation for New York locations only will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and specific work location. The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 annually. This range applies to New York-based hires only and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. Pay ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York may vary based on the local cost of labor.
