- Part of a team that will work on all aspects of residential purchase and sale transactions for cooperatives, condominiums, and multi-family properties from inception through closing.
- Preparation of Closing Statements
- Closing Statements
- Review of Title/Lien Searches
- Conduct Closings
Qualifications
- Experience working for a real estate law firm on the residential side
- Strong organizational, communication, multi-tasking, and computer skills are required.
- Process-driven and comfortable communicating and interacting with high-level professionals.
- Comfort with medical and financial information is a plus.
- Ability to work in an office on a hybrid schedule in Lower Manhattan
