The Senior Paraplanner/Junior Advisor role at Cope Connelly is someone who loves the details, efficiency, and follow-through. They have experience with clients and understand how to talk with them and gently move them forward. They want to be immersed and learn at the highest levels of financial planning. They understand successful planning is not found in systems (like e-Money) but in service and communication.
They want to be part of a growing family office and put their stamp on client relationships, processes and procedures. They have experience in giving advice; they are familiar with investments, insurance, cash flow, tax and estate planning. They can hold certain meetings with clients on their own and feel confident in their skill set. They DO NOT want to prospect for clients. They want to be in the office a few days a week to feel connected to the larger organization and team. They hold a Series 65 or 66.
This is an in office role located in Rosslyn, VA. Must be local to the DMV. It is a salaried position. However, considerations will be made if the candidate has a book of business that transfers.

This role reports to the owner of the firm. You will be working with him directly on high priority clients. You will be working in the office 4 days per week for an initial 90 days of training.
Base Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 plus bonus and benefits, commensurate with experience.
