Job Description:
Our OpportunitySnyk is seeking a Senior Partner Programs Manager, a fundamental role that is critical to enabling and supporting the growth and success of Snyk's Partner ecosystem. This role will be the central point of building and managing Snyk's Partner Program, MDF Program and Partner communications and sales and technical enablement through the Partner Portal. This role will work closely with Global Partner Sales, BD, regional Channel teams and partner marketing to support the requirements of the partner ecosystem. Our ecosystem includes GSIs, Tech Alliances, Cloud Providers and Reseller Partners. A major milestone is to lead, design, and evolve our partner programs and incentives to support our GTM partner strategy.This role will be responsible for establishing a unified partner program that balances partner investments and performance metrics with an MDF program that drives partner focus and behavior across the customer customer lifecycle and meets the needs of our expanding and diverse partner ecosystem. You will also be responsible for managing the Partner Portal and partner communications, certifications and training delivered through the portal to support engagement.You'll Spend Your Time:
  • Working cross-functionally and in collaboration with the global partner teams and marketing teams to establish the next evolution of the Snyk Partner program that engages, enables and incentivizes partners to seamlessly transact and engage with Snyk across a variety of capabilities and focus areas.
  • Developing and maintaining Partner Program benefits, incentives and tier requirements that can be adopted and integrated globally across, Resellers, GSIs, Tech Alliances and Cloud Providers.
  • Building and implementing an MDF Program to support the Partners in the Program and aligned with Tiers
  • Coordinating and maintaining a world-class training and certification program for our partners through our portal
  • Organizing and leading key stakeholder meetings to share and present program design proposals, ensuring that there is cross-functional representation and global alignment whilst balancing the need to quickly build consensus across teams to ensure rapid execution.
  • Being an advocate for our partners by working closely with Global and regional stakeholders to solicit feedback and ensure that the voice of the Partner is incorporated into our program design considerations.
  • Working in partnership with internal enablement teams to ensure that our Partner Readiness framework is complementary to our program strategy, and works to support our overall channel strategy.
  • Being the primary point of contact and marketing owner of the partner portal.
  • Partnering with the global operations teams to ensure that our operational practices are aligned and supporting program goals and objectives in a scalable and effective manner.
  • Using tools including SFDC, Impartner, to create reporting insights that will establish and define program success metrics that provide critical performance data into the effectiveness of our channel programs and incentives.
  • Continually drive for consistency with how program guidelines are applied, how partner tiers are maintained and develop a standardized partner program compliance review process.
  • Ensuring internal and external Partner program documentation is continually updated and remains current.
  • Owning the Partner Portal and the Partner experience including communications and enablement delivered through the Portal.
  • Collaborating with the Partner Marketing team to drive increased adoption of the Snyk partner portal as a key platform for communication, program incentive management, and partner interaction.What You'll Need:
    • 8+ years of relevant Partner Program design and management experience delivering impact and results.
    • Strong understanding of software partner ecosystems, ideally security partners.
    • A confident self-starter who can implement change, improve on the status quo, and work independently without requiring prescribed direction or actions; you're able to lead and drive forward key initiatives without oversight.
    • Demonstrated strategic thinking balanced with ability to quickly understand business objectives, create a well-aligned strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and performance indicators.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including establishing credibility and trust with internal customers and building influential relationships with partners in the business.
    • Balance program strategy and design with the ability to support tactical operational execution, you're naturally operationally-minded and able to support system and process changes in order to support program design.
    • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure projects are on track at all times.
    • Experience in working cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders, to achieve desired outcomes
