  • Process Bi-weekly payroll including payments to salaried and hourly employees
  • Create specialized reporting for management
  • Report on any payroll discrepancies
  • Handle employees' inquiries regarding payroll information
  • Process new hires, terminations, salary increases etc. in the payroll and ERP system in a timely manner
  • Process registrations with state/local municipalities as needed
  • Assist HR/Benefit Operations team with other tasks as needed
  • Process out of cycle payments for state mandated payments, terminations, etc
  • Provide back-up support to other Payroll Administrators, as required
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5-8 years work experience, including payroll processing
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Excellent Excel skills including working with large amounts of data and pivot tables
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the state and federal payroll laws and regulations
  • The ability to problem solve and research issues independently
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Consistently meets deadlines and able to adapt to changing priorities with a strong focus on quality and accountability
  • Demonstrates consistent reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to be on site 5 days a week.
