The Mattel Shared Services Payroll department is currently looking for a Senior Payroll Representative to support our East Aurora, NY office. What Your Impact Will Be: Responsible for all aspects of U.S. payroll processing. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple weekly and bi-weekly payrolls and off-cycles. Respond to employee inquiries and assist in the management reporting regarding payroll. Enter and audit state, local tax data and direct deposit information in Payroll system as needed. Maintain key data tables in Payroll system required for use in data entry/validation and reporting. Assist in preparation, coordination and submission of garnishments/court orders. Work with IT department to test and implement periodic system tax updates/special programming. Assist with the General Ledger reconciliation and submission to Finance. Process Ceridian deposit when necessary. Periodic audit of employee tax set-up to ensure compliance.
