This role is all about collaboration and innovation, partnering with HRBPs to shape strategies that elevate employee experiences and support organizational growth. If you're passionate about making a difference and leading transformative people initiatives, this role is for you!In this role, you will...Support the People Services HRBP team by managing day-to-day operations, administration, and contributing to the planning and execution of key programs.Act as a strategic partner for the assigned business line, driving organizational design, boosting employee engagement, and managing change initiatives.Collaborate with teams across People Services-such as Payroll, Benefits, and Recruitment-and internal partners like Legal to provide expert advice to managers and employees.Deliver best-practice guidance on a variety of employment-related queries, resolving issues efficiently with proper documentation and seeking leadership input for complex challenges.Review current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.Play a key role in developing and executing employee programs, potentially leading projects or initiatives to drive their success.What you'll bring4+ years of Human Resources experienceDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.Strong knowledge of US employment laws, regulations, standards, programs, and best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, while maintaining high degrees of detail orientation, process flow and compliance with company policies/procedures.Ability to form strong business relationships with both leaders and employees to establish credibility and amplify partnership.Strong skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Strong communication and presentation skills.PHR, SHRM, or CPHR designation are considered an asset.Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings, Colliers is disclosing the following information:Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $31/hour - $44.25/hourOur hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.BenefitsEmployees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off.
