As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest and YouTube advertising. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and optimization techniques. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic campaigns on these platforms. Responsibilities: •Develop, implement, and manage social first performance marketing strategies across Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube. •Bring creativity, fresh thinking and new ideas to deliver successful paid social results and a clear road-map for the future •Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform campaign adjustments and future strategies. •Accountable for project timelines and budget pacing •Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR. •Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness. •Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube. •Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals. •Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices. •Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize and scale campaigns. •Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends. •Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement. •Foster strong relationships with platform representatives to leverage new features and opportunities. Requirements and Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. •4+ years of experience in a performance marketing and/or social media buying role, with a focus on Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube advertising preferred (Agency experience is a plus). •1+ years of hands-on experience working in self-service capacity within social platforms •Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale advertising campaigns. •Experience with campaign optimization strategies such as A/B testing, audience targeting, bid management, and creative best practices •Proficiency in using ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics and Google Analytics •Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices. •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. •Strong communication and presentation skills. •Passion for the jewelry and engagement ring industry and understanding of customer buying journey in luxury sectors.
