Job Description:

My client, who is a well know beauty company, is currently looking for a temp Senior Data Collection Analyst at this time! This role is to backfill a parental leave coverage for 6 months.

This role will be M-F 9am - 5pm, 40hr/wk

Retail Partner Data Management: Lead the collection, consolidation, and analysis of weekly sales data from retail partners. Ensure accurate, timely reporting that highlights performance trends, sales growth opportunities, and areas for improvement across all accounts.

Account-Focused Reporting: Develop standardized data collection templates that streamline reporting across various retail partners, ensuring consistency in inputs and data quality across all managed accounts.

Sales Insights & Account Strategy: Provide actionable business insights by analyzing key sales metrics, market trends, and account-specific performance. Work with account managers and leadership to translate data into strategies that support both short-term and long-term sales objectives.

Strategic Projects: Lead high-impact projects aimed at driving account growth and optimizing sales performance through data-driven strategies, competitive analysis, and market benchmarking.

Account Relationship Optimization: Collaborate closely with retail partners, using sales data and performance metrics to strengthen relationships, enhance sell-through, and identify new growth opportunities.

Relationship Management & Collaboration: Maintain and grow strong relationships with key account stakeholders, focusing on improving sales performance, aligning objectives, and fostering partnership-driven success.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure collaborative efforts support account growth and revenue targets.

Sales Operations Leadership: Lead initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and account success by building processes, teams, and reporting tools that track key sales drivers, conversion rates, and overall account health.

Performance Metrics & Planning: Develop and monitor sales objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for each account. Create forecasting models and sales dashboards to provide visibility into both current and future performance.

Executive Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present data-driven insights to executives, highlighting key account performance, sales trends, and opportunities for growth. Organize meetings to review sales forecasts, projections, and strategic priorities.

Client-Facing Presentations: Develop and deliver impactful presentations to both internal teams and retail partners, showcasing sales performance, market analysis, and recommendations for enhancing account success.
