We're seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders. In this role, you'll oversee portfolios exceeding $1MM, ensuring project profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction while managing resources, scope, schedule, and budget.Key Responsibilities:* Lead project execution and instill confidence in clients through leadership and organization.* Manage project financials, pricing, cash flow, and negotiate contracts.* Monitor project costs and ensure profitability, while developing solutions for any variances in scope, budget, or schedule.* Collaborate on safety, contract, and liability topics, ensuring projects adhere to all requirements.* Develop and review project management documents including scope, costs, schedules, and communication plans.* Drive business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and expand the portfolio.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.* 15+ years of project portfolio management in the metals industry.* Strong experience with A/E, EPCM, or Design Build engineering models.* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project planning skills.* Proficient with Microsoft Office; highly organized with strong attention to detail.This role requires the ability to travel to client sites and occasional car or air travel to other locations.
