Employees who are not fully licensed at the time of hire will participate in the Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing program as a Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (SAFE). This is a temporary position until employee has successfully completed licensing requirements. Upon successful completion, employees will transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role and perform the following duties:Proactively acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers, and deepen existing relationships, through outreach and pre-planned appointments. Review and analyze moderately complex customer concerns for possible resolution though discretionary application of applicable resolution protocols. Escalate banking related issues or business risks that require an in-depth evaluation. Advise customers on various aspects of recommended and available financial options and services.
