The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Senior/Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Access Management team. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive product development from ideation to customer value and adoption. This role requires a systems thinker with a strong background in software engineering, IT, or mathematics, who is passionate about solving complex problems in the cybersecurity space. Ideally, candidates will be located in the San Francisco or New York City areas. We will consider remote applicants (with the expectation to travel at least 3 times a quarter to our HQ in NYC, visit customers onsite, or support the sales team at events) What You Can Expect to Do:
- Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Policy Based Access Management (PBAM) component of our product suite.
- Customer Discovery: Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify needs, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product features.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, sales, and marketing-to ensure alignment and drive product success.
- Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features that meet customer needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in IAM, IGA, PIM/PAM, and PBAM.
- Communication: Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts and effectively communicate them to a wide range of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Leadership: Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What we Hope You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS products; prior startup experience is required.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of network security, IT administration challenges, and workflows.

- Market Awareness: Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Identity/Access Management (PIM/PAM), and Policy Based Access Management (PBAM).
Technical Skills:

- Product Management Tools: Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools.
Why You Should Apply:
- Entrepreneurial Environment: Be part of a highly motivated team where you can make a significant impact and have the autonomy to drive results.

- Communication Excellence: Utilize your ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
This Role May Not Be For You If:

- Lack of Industry Familiarity: If you lack familiarity with SaaS, endpoint management, network operations, IT security, mobile device management, cloud operations, application security, or identity and access management.
- Communication Challenges: If you're uncomfortable with ongoing communication with multiple stakeholders to maintain customer perspective and share insights.
