Senior Process Engineer (Injection Molding/Plastics)
: Job Details :

We are representing a global leading Fortune 1000 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Senior level Process (Injection Molding) at their flagship production facility due newly awarded business (newly created positions). This position will report to the Senior Engineering Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and improve manufacturing processes (plastic injection molding)
• Determine auxiliary equipment for optimal production processes
• Troubleshoot new and existing production molds
• Train Production Associates and Engineering Technicians on techniques and processes
• Assist with new product launches
• Work closely with multiple departments to improve manufacturing processes
• Lead a team of direct reports

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of process engineering experience within plastic injection molding
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies and their implementation.
• New product launch experience
• Process Development experience is preferred
