Senior Process Engineer

Investigate and analyze ongoing process performance to eliminate systemic deviations and to optimize processes. Support introduction of new CVD processes and products (NPIs) at the manufacturing site. Lead or participate in investigations, root cause analysis and resolution of incidents and non-conformances. Apply technical experience and expertise in materials science & chemistry/ chemical engineering to complex systems and utilize data analysis to support recommendations. Recommend approaches utilizing best practices to meet program/ project needs. Participate in the development and review of equipment and systems for capital projects to help ensure compliance to applicable requirements, standards, and codes. Lead/ participate in PFMEA, Management of Change, Pre Start-Up Safety Reviews and Process Hazards Analysis processes.
