Key Responsibilities 💪
- Lead technology applications and process improvements across global operations
- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis of similar processes and implement optimization strategies
- Drive new product development and commercialization initiatives
- Serve as technical authority for Pyro-Process, Comminution, Classification, Hydration, and Precipitation
- Mentor and develop Process Engineering staff
- Interface directly with external customers to solve complex technical challenges
- Support large capital projects and implement new technologies
- Evaluate and benchmark new and existing assets
- Guide process improvements across multiple facilities
Required Qualifications 📚
- BS in Engineering required (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of process and operations management experience
- Deep expertise in pyro-processing and mineral processing technologies
- Proven track record in process optimization and technology implementation
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable results
