Senior Process Engineer, Vector Process Development and MS&T

The “Fine Print” – What You'll Do

• Participate in technical transfers to CMOs and provide manufacturing science and technology support in a GMP environment.
• Lead manufacturing deviations investigations.
• Analyze process data and laboratory experiments to support cell culture process development.
• Engage with CMOs as the process SME.
• Collaborate with development scientists for product characterization.
• Review batch records, SOPs, and GMP protocols.
• Support change control and management for process versions.
• Travel up to 30% to engage with external partners.

Skills and Experience We Look For

• BS in chemical, biological, biomedical, or biochemical engineering with 10+ yrs of experience, or MS with 8+ yrs, or Ph.D with 2+ yrs.
• Strong background in bioprocess unit operations and aseptic cell culture.
• Understanding of process development, technical transfer, and GMP requirements.
• Experience with viral vector production processes and analytical methods.
