Responsibilities

The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and developing the company's supply chain while creating and implementing a vision for continuous improvement of procurement processes:

• Oversees supply chain strategy and operations
• Drives continuous improvement and supplier development through rigorous evaluation, selection, audits, and feedback processes
• Develops and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Balances supplier competition to achieve optimal price, quality, and delivery
• Leads supplier negotiations and conducts vendor summits
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries
• Analyzes market trends, geopolitical factors, and production processes to maintain margins, optimize lead times, and anticipate risks

Experience

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 15+ years of Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment
• International purchasing and contraction negotiations experience
• 10+ years in a supervisory role
