THE JOB The Media & Sponsorship, Experiential & Events team is tasked with creating unforgettable live music moments that help our brand partners stand apart from the rest. From festival activations to special events, to corporate concerts, and touring hospitality, we produce hundreds of award-winning global B2B and B2C brand experiences each year. The Senior Producer will report to the VP, Custom Events & Hospitality and work both independently and within a team environment to concept, budget, advance, and direct successful events. This person will primarily focus on B2B hospitality programs and may have occasional custom events assigned. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects from concept through execution, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. They will coordinate with Integrated Sales & Marketing, Brand Management, and Creative Solutions teams as well as liaise with relevant venue, vendor and client contacts to deliver innovative, world-class experiences in the hospitality sector. Programs range from one-off events at Live Nation venues or unique locations, to weekend-long white-glove experiences around music festivals, traveling brand presence on sponsored artist tours, high-end parties for clients, music events created for content capture and more. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of hospitality projects from initial concept to final delivery. Ensure that all phases of the project adhere to timelines, budgets, and scope. Work with Integrated Sales & Marketing team on vision, design, experience, and budgeting of new business opportunities involving events and experiential opportunities for both B2B and B2C Collaborate with internal Live Nation teams, vendors, and venues Manage RFP process with vendors including evaluation and granting Suggest new best practice recommendations for internal operations Develop and maintain internal departmental relationships Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure program aesthetics, activities, fabrication, feasibility, etc. take into consideration the client's guidelines/goals Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a diverse team of producers, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Manage all onsite staff including brand ambassadors, security, FOH staff, stagehands, etc. Deliver or source training as needed and ensure onsite supervision Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring all aspects of production are cost-effective while maintaining high standards of quality. Creation and execution of budgets for events (vendors, permits, labor, fabrication, etc.) Creative Direction: Collaborate with teams to ensure that the project vision aligns with the client's expectations and brand standards, offering guidance on design, concept, and execution. Research vendors, suppliers, etc. offering new technologies or approaches Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any production or operational challenges that may arise during the project. Ensure contingency plans are in place for potential issues. Oversee the logistics, fabrication, installation/tear down in multiple event environments Vendor & Partner Management: Build relationships with and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all materials, services, and timelines meet required standards. Advance all production and operational elements such as power, heavy equipment, WIFI, labor for events. Procure all supplies, staffing, custom decor items, trucking, lighting, and audio as per budget constraints Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project's success and take steps to mitigate those risks, including managing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with industry and company, standards and regulations. Industry Knowledge: Stay current on hospitality trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to offer clients the best solutions and maintain the company's competitive edge in the market. Monitor competitive trends in the event business; identify and target emerging new marketing and experiential trends Post-Project Evaluation: Lead post-project reviews, gathering feedback from clients, team members, and vendors to continually improve processes and results for future projects. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING BA Degree required 10+ years of experience in hospitality, event and experiential concepting, budgeting and production with an established record of success Business acumen needed for interacting with corporate clients, accompanied by the sensibilities of working with production teams (from clients to vendors, artist managers, venue staff, etc.) Ability to manage a team and work independently with necessary status updates Adept in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel Ability to quickly navigate other programs such as G-Drive/Suite, Keynote, Slack, Airtable and Social Tables Experience working with recognizable global brands Knowledge of music and entertainment marketing preferred Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Have a creative yet practical event development comprehension Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure Ability to juggle multiple projects and rapidly changing deliverables at once, prioritizing and re-prioritizing multiple times each day. Must be available to work occasional weekends and evenings, with ability to travel approximately 30-40% Ability to leverage your experience and existing industry relationship Preferred Skills: Experience with sustainable design practices in hospitality. Familiarity with international hospitality standards and regulations. Strong network within the hospitality industry, including designers, contractors, and vendors. Additional languages or cultural expertise is a plus.
