Ability to work within a fast-paced production environment and understands the critical balance among design, communication, and teamwork. Manages Digital Product Content Analyst(s), Digital Shelf Lead(s), and content production partners. Leads project teams and influences key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Knowledgeable of eCommerce industry content standards and 3D Modeling production practices and driven to raise the quality bar for product imaging for eCommerce and other digital touchpoints to drive sales. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for all product imaging projects from end-to-end planning, 3D Model creation, product photography delivery, product information capture, and publishing for the North American product portfolio; Delegate creative projects between in-house and external resources; serve as single point of contact for all projects
  • Secure all inputs and data required for 3D Modeling, create projects in workflow tool, and assign tasks to creative partners; draft creative briefs as required; Collaborate with internal stakeholders for final asset approvals
  • Govern and maintain digital assets and product information within Digital Asset Management (DAM) system & Product Information Management (PIM) system in conjunction with in-market dates; Code digital assets according to Global Standards (GS1) and naming conventions.
  • Manage and develop Digital Product Content Analyst(s) and Digital Shelf Lead(s); oversee network of internal and external 3D modelers and product photography partners; lead 3D DAM Administration
  • Define and direct visual standards for photorealistic 3D Models and digital product experiences; Coauthor ongoing 3D visual standards by product category; Build 3D library and create optimized strategies for 3D asset reuse; Adapt to evolving stylistic guidelines set by branding teams, customers, and global industry standards
  • Support the organization's mission and goals including applicable key performance indicators (KPIs); Collaborate with Digital Transformation Pod on strategic deliverables
  • Execute and govern a global Visionary Retailer digital shelf template for new products, legacy products, and brand stories leveraging insights and meeting evolving retailer requirements
  • Oversee ongoing migration of digital product content assets created by regional Content Service Providers (CSPs) into DAM & PIM.
  • Coordinate with McCormick Studios and creative resources to execute: Photography, Designed Assets, Video, SEO Keywords, and Copy; manage content review and approvals among key stakeholders
  • Syndicate digital shelf content to direct-to-consumer and owned channels
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
  • 3-6 years of professional Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Graphic Design, or eCommerce experience
  • Knowledge of eCommerce/Marketing image industry standards and 3D production practices
  • Understands DAM, PIM & CMS platforms and is able to adapt easily to changes within the space
  • Able to manage a substantial number of projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills required. Must be flexible, change-ready, detail-oriented and deadline driven.
  • People Management Experience
  • Agency / External Vendor Management Experience
  • Able to recommend optimized ways of working to enable efficiency and speed without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft 365 software.
  • Strong ability to research and coordinate information efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate through ambiguity, demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal/influence, collaboration and organizational skills to manage input from cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with creatives and communicating creative direction
  • Understands McCormick brands' points of parity and points of difference with key competitors.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Experience using project management/workflow tools
  • Traffic manager experience
  • CPG experience
  • Packaging design experience
  • Cooking experience/food and ingredient knowledge

Base Salary: $86,390 - $151,220Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
