This role is a Senior Product Manager supporting the roadmap for the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including the Real Time Client Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Client Journey Analytics (CJA).
The Senior Product Manager reports to the Group Product Manager leading the roadmap for CDP, AJO, and CJA capabilities and its integration across enterprise channels. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a strong ability to think broadly and influence others while working closely with technology, marketing, LOB, and risk partners to ensure successful delivery of capabilities and corresponding enablers.
The role balances business, data, technology and design priorities to deliver brand-defining personalized client experiences. The Product Manager will work with the Group Product Manager to convert the personalization vision into epics, features and user stories that Agile delivery teams can prioritize and execute.
The Senior Product Manager is a thought leader amongst their team. The Product Manager has business goals and is responsible for maintaining a strategic delivery roadmap that supports those business goals. In this position, the person must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, and working with delivery teams for development). This position will also help capture and manage demand related to development of the platform capabilities and integration opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, marketing technologies, client data platforms, and have familiarity with AEP, AJO and CJA services. This person should be able to move fluidly between business stakeholders and technology teams to prioritize the highest value items for delivery and provide stakeholders recommendations on how features can be enabled to support personalization strategies.
