As the Senior Product Manager, Cannabis, you will lead the end-to-end process of conceptualizing, developing, testing, and launching innovative consumer vaping products within the cannabis category. Your role will involve managing the client-product relationship and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including design and engineering, testing, marketing, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing—to ensure that cannabis products and special projects are aligned with business goals and delivered on time and within budget. You will be at the forefront of driving innovation in the cannabis vertical, staying abreast of industry standards, and integrating emerging design technologies into our product offerings. As a key player at Ispire, you will shape our product vision for cannabis-based solutions, foster innovation, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that set new benchmarks in the industry.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific worker location. For the state of California only, the range of pay for this role is estimated between $110,000 and $150,000, again depending on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the individual candidate.
