Job DescriptionThe Senior Product Manager - Casino leads our Casino product offerings. This includes writing requirements and user stories, supporting the product vision and roadmap, and work closely with our 3rd party and internal development teams to deliver Casino product features. They work to improve the Casino product to the delight of the player - be it new features, products, user experience or data. The product manager will have influence on the Company's Interactive Sports and iGaming roadmap as well as work with internal stakeholders and players to create strong product offering. Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of casino games, features and enhancements, from ideation to research to requirements gathering to testing to launch to optimization
  • Work with the product leadership team to establish a well-researched, long-term vision for the casino product
  • Write and communicate product requirements to relevant internal and external teams, including design and development
  • Advocate for our casino players and understand their goals, preferences and frustrations.
  • Track new market opportunities and identify areas prime for innovation within the casino and iGaming landscape
  • Work alongside third-party vendors to meet product goals
  • Understand qualitative and quantitative research data, business goals and requirements, and help the design team translate them into functional designs
  • Champion excellent user experience at every opportunity

  • 3-5 years of experience in a product, project or development role.
  • Product experience within the online casino/iGaming space strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or another quantitative field.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business and with external teams.
  • Strong communicator - part of the Senior Product Manager's role is to be an advocate for the product vision and the candidate must be able to effectively engage and excite their colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with UI/UX-led product design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality.
  • Experience in agile methodologies desired.
  • Experience working with external development teams a plus
  • Experience using SQL a plus.
  • Experience with product development tools a plus (e.g. Jira).
