Citi is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager for its Fixed Income - Spread Products (SP) Technology team that serves the Whole Loan Financing and Securitization transactions. We are looking for a talented professional with a balance of technical and business acumen to partner with the business and guide the development of end-to-end flow on lending transactions. The candidate will be a core member of the technology team responsible for leading product technology and implementing projects by working with multiple business and operations groups, as well as application owners.

- Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume applications in partnership with business partners and stakeholders.
- Work with the business, product development team, and engineers across multiple global regions to propose target state architecture ensuring it aligns with business needs with efficient technology solutions.
- Lead the formulation of strategies/processes for Product Roadmap, Development, and Governance, and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiatives.
- Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.
- Work among a team of committed individuals to solicit and document detailed and thorough system and function requirements (BRD) including various workflows to enhance the business technology platform.
- Transition requirements to QA teams across multiple global regions and assist in identifying test scenarios and work with business users to execute UAT, conduct business user training, and manage technology implementation.
- Deliver material/presentations to Senior Management and application owners and apprise key stakeholders with project health.
- Record and organize enhancement requests and issues in JIRA as well as work with stakeholders on prioritization.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools.
- Proven diplomatic and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs.
- Superb (data-driven) analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Technical skillsets to query and analyze data through SQL, and excellent with Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint products.
- Experience with wholesale credit risk or wholesale lending transactions is a plus.
- Experience with loan origination and securitization process, LoanIQ experience is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
