Join our movement, be part of the progress, and help ensure a healthier future for all.The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Product Manager, Fundraising (flexible work arrangement available).As the Sr. Product Manager, Fundraising, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products and delivering exceptional value to our customers as you focus on the American School Engagement program, principally Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge. You will be a strategic leader responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for the associated digital platform capabilities.Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership for Product Strategy and Vision: Collaborates with stakeholders to define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and product roadmap. Product Planning and Roadmapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and prioritize product roadmaps. Product Development and Launch: Coordinate with teams to monitor end-to-end product development lifecycle. Performance Tracking and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Customer Focus and Relationship Building: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs through direct interactions. Collaboration and Communication: Foster transparent communication across departments.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of progressive experience in product management. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or MBA. Industry knowledge and experience in nonprofits. Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
