**Job Description and Responsibilities**

In the Global Buyer Product team, we simplify, expand and enrich connections between buyers and their financial service providers. We enable easy and smarter access to funds through Visa payments credentials, while delivering a superior customer service experience. Our team works in close collaboration with a broad cross-functional team that includes Seller Solutions, Client Services, Technology, Pricing, Processing, Issuer Sales, Corporate Strategy, Marketing and regional Product teams. We are looking for a motivated product manager who champions a digital-native innovative mindset and goes the extra-mile to develop and deploy scalable solutions and strategies that meet the evolving needs of end-customers and Visa issuing clients.

**Key responsibilities**

Define new or digitally enhancing features for cardholder emergency assistance products, addressing end-user and client needs, and help prioritize features in an agile way to accelerate time to market

* Partner closely with the Technology organization to define solution concepts, product requirements, UX mock-ups, technical flows, etc. and execute the technology build

* Manage product roadmaps including backlog of features and capabilities

* Develop commercial construct, structure and execute pilot plans, and lead market rollout of new capabilities, with the support of Product Delivery and Regional Solutions teams

Create sales enablement materials, including voice of customer and proof points, as well as best practices, turnkey guides and creative for client consumption (in collaboration with Product Marketing)

Partner with business teams globally to communicate and support sales enablement for new features, listen and gather feedback, and cultivate insights to inform product roadmaps

Monitor product performance to identify gaps and growth opportunities

Support the growth of Visa Global Cardholder Emergency Assistance Services

Drive the evolution of our core product platforms, with heavy focus on integration of digital capabilities, to support new use cases, traditional clients and emerging Fintechs, and new payment flows

**Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications**

* 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 8+ years of experience in the payments industry or in consumer financial services, ideally at a global payments card network, consulting firm, financial institution, or technology leader

* Strategic mindset with ability to develop product vision and translate strategy into specific and coherent product roadmap

* Experience in developing business requirements and defining product specifications/feature sets

* Ability to productively work with cross-functional and regional management teams for collaborative solution development

* Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with a keen ability to communicate the product vision and value story, and build consensus across matrixed organization

* Superior data analysis and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated analytical rigor and attention to detail

* Demonstrated curiosity in researching market trends, innovative technologies and consumer needs to inform product development

* Comfortable working in an Agile environment, and with cross-functional and regionally distributed teams

* Ability to work with limited supervision and deliver on multiple concurrent priorities

* Bias for action and self-starter mentality
