Senior Product Manager - Tech - Music Identity

Location: New York, New York (hybrid)

Pay Rate: $79.83 hourly

Contract Duration: 6 months with potential to extend

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Product Manager to lead our client's Music Identity services. In this role, it is critical to understand household complex scenarios to build a frictionless and secure customer experience that reconciles identity signals across all ecosystems. You will build strategies for customers of all ages and create product alignment with other cross-functional groups. You'll be responsible for the product roadmap, from market and competitive research to go-to-market strategy, customer adoption, and feedback.

This is a technical product manager position that requires the ability to work across organizations, technical depth to manage complex systems, understanding of compliance/privacy management regulations, know-how in driving a large-scale project from inception to launch, and willingness to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities. Our client s team works on complex customer opportunities to build systems that are distributed across music apps, voice-forward audio engagement on mobile and Echo devices, powered by voice assistant technology to support customers' needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery

- Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months

- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology

- Bachelor's Degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- MBA or master s degree

- Marketing tech, personalization, and customer data management experience preferred

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making

- Proven ability to understand complex business problems, apply strong analytical skills, and create an effective strategy

- Technical fluency; ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team members

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across functions and influence senior leaders

- Demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision

- Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and customer-facing features

- Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; ability to respond rapidly to evolving threats and opportunities

- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements

- Proven ability to make smart features (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
