Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our service vertical and point of sale platform, ensuring that it remains competitive, user-friendly, and aligned with market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, launch, and iterative improvements of innovative products.
  • Gather input from our market, customers, stakeholders, and adjacent verticals to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Understand BookedBy's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and are recognized as the best in the industry.
  • Know the product inside and out, obtain and maintain a fundamental understanding of the end-to-end customer experience, integrations and dependencies.
  • Be the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid, and creative solutions are the norm.
  • Integrate usability studies, market research, and customer feedback into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics such as ROI, Client Excitement, Adoption, and Retention.
  • Convey the story of the Product you are creating to the team and Stakeholders.
  • Work with us to help expand our product to similar verticals such as pet and auto while keeping the same codebase.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expert in Agile Product Management methodologies.
  • Experience in gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution .
  • Technical expertise in analytics, including tracking product adoption, and analyzing usage patterns.
  • 5+ years of experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Experience defining vision and strategy for a software product, ideally SaaS.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, problem solving, tactical thinking and time management skills.
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working at a start up
