Product Managers at Cadence play a pivotal role by owning our product strategy and execution. Our product teams are granted significant autonomy to address one of modern society's biggest challenges and lead their teams to success.
As Senior Product Manager, Partner Products, you will work closely with Cadence's health system partners and internal teams to launch and enhance a world-class remote intervention platform. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and product management teams to build new solutions. Additionally, you will engage with leaders at some of the nation's largest health systems to develop integrations and related products, facilitating the rollout of our clinically proven remote care program to those who need it most.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop the product roadmap to enhance Cadence's integration with health system infrastructure, such as EHRs, billing systems, and compliance software.
- Create processes and tools that can handle increasing amounts of data and users without compromising performance or quality. for use of healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR & HL7.
- The goal is to ensure seamless data exchange between various healthcare systems, improving efficiency and patient care.
- Understand Cadence's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are deeply connected to user needs (health systems, providers, patients, and payors).
- Lead the development of product requirements, planning, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with partners, engineering, product management, design, and operations teams to bring new solutions to life.
- Identify and analyze data to measure and inform the success of your products.
- Inspire and guide your team to achieve high performance and significant impact.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- 3+ years experience with healthcare EHRs - Epic, Cerner, Athena - Required.
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping software integration products with high-reliability standards.
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR & HL7.
- Hands-on experience with billing and other compliance systems in healthcare.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders in large health system enterprises.
- Track record of shipping products that deliver measurable results.
- Experience in high-growth B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with systems scaling by 4x or more each year.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
