Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus Proven experience of at least 4 yrs as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a senior or leadership position within the manufacturing industry Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Strong organizational and time/ Project /Portfolio management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple Projects simultaneously Experience in Product management tools and proficiency in Project management methodologies Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, specifically in the areas of O7 Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards within the manufacturing industry Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different functional areas.
