This role will define strategies and execute initiatives around usage and cost management tools, helping customers effectively manage their budgets while driving product consumption and revenue for the company. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive the product roadmap effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders from Leadership, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, and Legal.What you'll doSet the vision and drive the strategy for usage and cost management tools of our product Build a data-driven roadmap, defining, analyzing, and reporting business metrics to meet area-specific OKRsPartner closely with design, engineering, marketing, support, sales, and other product teams to deliver self-serve tools and PLG experiencesEffectively manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across multiple functional areas across New Relic to ensure alignment to meet business goalsSeek and implement automated and self-serve solutions for other product teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand usage and revenue of their productsDevelop a deep understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation and market disruptionBe bold to challenge the status quo and drive outcomesThis role requiresBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
