This position will report to the Chief Product Officer and may work remotely from a home office anywhere in the United States.Our innovative platform caters to businesses across various sectors including electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, government, automotive, energy, and chemical manufacturing. By leveraging our solutions, organizations can significantly reduce their Cost of Quality (CoQ), enhance operational excellence, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and GxP regulations.About the Role:As the Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and vision for Intellect. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that the company's products are competitive, scalable, and aligned with overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Developing and articulating a compelling product vision and roadmap, aligned with the company's business goals and customer needs.
- Conducting market research and analysis to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Translating strategic business priorities into actionable product initiatives and long-term plans.
- Establishing processes for consistent communication, goal-setting, and evaluation within the product team.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth product development and go-to-market execution.
- Product Development & Execution:
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation, specification, and development to launch and iteration.
- Prioritizing product features and initiatives based on market data, customer feedback, and business impact.
- Collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Tracking key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of product launches, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serving as the primary product liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
- Gathering and synthesizing feedback from customers, sales teams, and support to inform product improvements and future opportunities.
- Acting as a product evangelist both internally and externally, representing the product in high-profile meetings, conferences, and customer engagements.
- Financial & Operational Management:
- Managing and report the product allocation and making decisions to maximize ROI.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue generation within the product portfolio.
- Analyzing product performance data to make informed decisions about product lifecycle management, including sunsetting or scaling initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred, years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least 5 years of product management experience.
- Proven experience developing and executing product strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the QMS and/or Manufacturing space.
- Track record of launching successful products in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Technical background or strong understanding of the technical aspects of product development.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Aha!
- Strong financial acumen with experience in product budgeting and forecasting.
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt role working at least 40 hours per week on a primarily remote basis.
