The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning the complete product lifecycle including, the strategy, the development, the road map, and growth in value of the Onlife + Pager product lines. A core responsibility of this role will be bringing innovative well-being and care solutions to market – which includes the product life cycle from strategy, ideation through build, delivery, and ongoing value validation. Working with internal and external stakeholders, we will ensure Pager+Onlife is perceived as innovative, effective, and the partner of choice when it comes to engaging consumers and helping them along their healthcare journeys. Product Management partners very closely with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Operations, Clinical and Technology. To be effective, the Product Manager must thoroughly learn the products and be able to convey complex concepts in relatively simple terms. This role reports to the VP of Product. Responsibilities:
- Owning the product lifecycle for assigned products and features
- Manage and own multiple product solutions to deliver effectiveness, efficiency, superlative experiences, and innovation
- Ensure external and internal stakeholders understand the company's products and value proposition
- Work with end-users and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Increase revenue opportunities through growth in features, use cases, and markets for product vertical
- Increase operational efficiency and effectiveness within the product vertical
Essential Functions: Serve as the CEO of your domain and supporting features and services:
- Develop unparalleled familiarity with the markets we compete in
- Be a thought leader in the business problems that can be solved with your solution(s)
- Develop a deep awareness of competitive solutions in market
- Ensure internal partners understand solution(s) and their value to external partners
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create written assets explaining solution(s) and translating technical
- Be a thought leader in Solution(s) S.W.O.T. and lead build, buy vendor analysis within product vertical
- Support Solution(s) Strategy for product offerings
- Engage clients and stakeholders in needs and feedback discovery
- Inform product development road maps for the product vertical
- Analyze customer specific solution requests, developing ROI for decision making.
- Develop additional use cases for Solution(s) within your products
- Ideate on new Solutions specific to your product
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with internal stakeholders
- Support Responses to RFP's – Help develop “new territory” content with relevant SME's
- Work on high value opportunities with senior level business stakeholders as needed
Qualifications: - Related Bachelors degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of relevant product management experience in healthcare
- Experience in Enterprise Saas
- Experience in AI / Generative AI
- Direct experience in product management, including defining & owning the product road map & design
- Experience creating user stories and prioritizing your specific product backlog
- Experience managing multiple vendors
- Experience in owning the product lifecycle
- Past experience utilizing data and outcomes for decision making
- Strong MS Office capabilities
- Experience in Large Language Modeling (LLM) is a plus

For Colorado, Nevada, New York and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
