  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to identify key problems and develop effective solutions
  • Conduct product discovery and rapid prototyping in partnership with UX and Software Development teams
  • Serve as the product expert, responsible for the product strategy and roadmap
  • Communicate product value propositions and updates to various stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing
  • Champion the product and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, information systems, or software engineering, or relevant experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management or related software product development
  • At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with computer-aided design software (CAD) or Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Familiarity with software used by contractors, lumber yards, or the residential building industry
  • Proven ability to influence and build cooperative working relationships
  • Experience in managing processes to improve product outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed in challenging situations
  • Demonstrated action-oriented approach to tackling problems and achieving goals
