What You'll Do:

Nexxen is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the growth and development of our Supply Side Platform (SSP). As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the most impactful features and opportunities for continued growth of the Nexxen SSP and UX experience of our publishers and internal teams. You will build strong working relationships across multiple engineering, design, product management, and business teams, working closely with senior leaders within product development and across the company. Throughout your work, you will champion the voice of the customer, maintaining an uncompromising commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Please note - We have a hybrid work model with the expectation of 3 days minimum in the local office to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:

  • Deeply understand the needs of our business and customers to build clarity on the requirements to build a resilient, reliable product.
  • Influence stakeholders and engineers with the right data points by driving clarity and alignment.
  • Create and drive alignment to execute faster, communicate often and highlight risk early.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of the product.
  • You will be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas.
  • Defines priority of outcomes, clarifies needs for the team, works with engineering to set deadlines for milestones, defines success metrics and acts as a leader on their product team.
  • As an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas.
  • Use your insights and knowledge, as well as broad technical subject matter expertise, to communicate the why and what of complex projects to a diverse audience.

What will I bring?

  • 5+ years of hands-on software product management of a self-service customer-facing platform.
  • Experience working in Ad Tech, specifically on a Supply Side Platform.
  • Experience improving user experiences, workflows, and usability of a platform.
  • A bachelor's degree (computer science or technical discipline) or MBA is strongly desired.
  • Must be very detail-oriented, organized, and possess a bias toward excellence.
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • Pronounced focus on analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Strong Leadership skills – the ability to influence and inspire across multiple teams and job functions without formal authority.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of balancing multiple projects at once with successful, on-time delivery.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $155,000 - 180,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
