Position Summary:
Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will partner cross-functionally with THMA Insights and Sales teams functioning as the Marketing liaison to translate brand offerings into solid value propositions and develop content, communicating effectively to personas across the buyer's journey. The leader in this role would also partner with Marketing's Digital and Marketing Operations (MOPs) team members to drive organizational growth via brand awareness by generating a robust content marketing strategy, establishing a SEO strategy, and generating qualified leads. Tactics would be implemented through brand-related prospect marketing activities, including events, programs, and the establishment and implementation of THMA's thought leadership strategy.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise creating and implementing marketing strategy in the areas of market segmentation, campaigns, omnichannel strategy, full funnel marketing, webinar marketing, public relations, and thought leadership. They will also demonstrate technical skills such as managing brand consistency, content optimization, email marketing, search marketing, social media, SEO, and digital marketing.
The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will be responsible for managing the development and tactical implementation of programmatic prospect campaigns. KPIs for this role will align with marketing lead generation and revenue goals. The candidate in this role would leverage creative, website, SEO/SEM, cross-functional team utilization, thought leadership initiatives and social media platforms to demonstrate the value of THMA products.
The leader in this role should be commercial-leaning, data-driven and creative. They should be a strong writer and communicator, have a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to create and execute marketing programs and campaigns from conception to implementation and optimization.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary from $130,000-140,000 per year.
