Job Opportunity

Creative 3D Technologies is in search of a Senior Production Operations Associate to join the early team at Creative 3D Technologies and grow with the business!

Under the Production Manager's direction, you will wear 2 hats, working to assemble units with the team, and a more technical role of building production systems, software, tools, and automation to streamline operations.

The position offers a base pay, bonuses, health benefits, fringe benefits, and a growth path to higher positions with higher compensation and equity offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Production Manager to produce units going to the company's early customers.
• Help generate production & maintenance guides to ease onboarding and assist in company rapid-scaling.
• Work to implement tools like Tulip to streamline production stations, enable greater oversight on production, and maintain quality control.
• Work with CAD software to generate jigs, fixtures, and materials to streamline production operations.
• Adapt new production tools and hardware to scale production.

This position involves commuting. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the company's HQ in Austin, Texas. A workspace will be provided.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements. Therefore, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical track record specifically in Hardware, Manufacturing, or 3D Printing technologies.
• Autodesk suite CAD experience.
• Solid understanding of Klipper and Python
• History of hands-on work creating hardware.
• Production line or manufacturing operations experience.
• MES system operations histroy.
• History of having worked in small or startup businesses.

Compensation Package:

Hourly - The position will offer an hourly pay of $24 that's open to growth, with traction seen in the introductory period.

Following an initial 6-month introductory period, or following major early traction, the company will conduct a performance review and offer additional compensation, PTO, and other benefits.
