What You Will Achieve
You will be responsible for generating work orders and ensuring that work is completed correctly in a timely manner. Your knowledge in the domain will help in providing detailed technical training to colleagues. You will support the work team operation to ensure that applicable safety guidelines/policies are followed, and that all tasks are conducted in accordance with appropriate processing standards, such as current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
As part of the Technical Operations team, your prior work experience and ability to apply your breadth of knowledge will help you adapt the standard methods and procedures. You will help us identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency, throughput and quality. You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.

How You Will Achieve It
* Manage own time, professional development, and be accountable for own results.
* Manage the preparation, cleaning, and/or operation of various components, materials and equipment.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, perform quality level checks, and document processing steps for various manufacturing / packaging / inspection equipment.
* Perform the cleaning and sanitization of the area as per the procedure.
* Maintain files and databases to ensure all documentation is current and complete.
* Communicating with peers, supervisors, and interdepartmental groups to provide for an efficient drug production process.
* Participate in Response Development to Regulatory Inspection Observations and execute corrective actions recommended as a part of cGMP/Regulatory compliance.
* Be part of an ownership culture that values diversity and where all colleagues are energized and engaged.
* Be part of a team and work collaboratively with the broader Manufacturing Operations group.
* Suggest innovative ideas for the process simplification.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* High School Diploma or GED
Nice-to-Have
* Bachelor's Degree
* Pharmaceutical production experience
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to aseptically gown and work in an aseptic environment. Must have ability to stand for long periods (4 hours), lift up to 25 lbs, and demonstrate a full range of motion.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Night shift position (6pm to 6 am). Overtime required at times.

The salary for this position ranges from $20.21 to $33.68 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies.
