From design and manufacturing to on-site installation, our highly skilled team never stops striving to improve. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Create master schedule to produce customer orders.
  • May release orders to production to ensure efficient and timely delivery to customer.
  • Develops capacity plan analysis.
  • Analyzes impacts for potential schedule changes.
  • Communicates with team members on issues that may impact timely delivery of product.
  • Assist with expediting materials and solving issues with material shortages.
  • Develop lot sizes and bids for master production schedule.
  • May lead or support department improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrates the Viaflex Team Member Values in their daily actions.
  • May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
  • Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division's quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in business or technical field. Minimum 5 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong knowledge of manufacturing requirements and procedures. Knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II) is preferred. High level of service and organization. Ability to be flexible and multitask. Creativity and problem-solving skills. Strong math skills. Proficiency with use of a computer, including Microsoft Office software. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS: Physical Requirements: Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach. Position may occasionally require entering a production environment, including exposure to noise, fumes, moving machinery, and varied temperatures.
