Job Description Summary
The Sr. Program Director of State & Local Policy will lead the development and implementation of Enterprise's Southeast policy agenda in Tennessee, leading out of Nashville. This role will report to the Director of State & Local Policy for the Southeast market based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role will be responsible for leading Enterprise's policy work in Tennessee, in collaboration with the State & Local Policy Director Southeast to support broader Southeast policy strategy and efforts. The position will be based in Tennessee, working with key members of the of the Southeast team to organize advocacy efforts to advance our agenda. The position will have access to and interact with Enterprise's National State & Local Policy team that includes other market-based staff focused on state and local policy efforts across the nation. The position will also coordinate local participation in national policy activities on issues such as the housing tax credit and other programs and legislation that affect the stability of low-income families and individuals. Given the importance of the on-the-ground presence of this role but considering Enterprise's current lack of ground infrastructure in Tennessee, this position will likely begin as a remote role, with the possibility of shifting to in person in Nashville.Job Description

The base salary for this role is $110,000 to $115,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
