We help our customers nationwide coordinate services across their enterprises, enhance efficiency through process improvement, and delivering quality services within cost and on schedule.PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Senior-Level Program Manager with comprehensive knowledge of DoD/Navy program, business and financial management processes and experience to support an opportunity for our customer located in St. Inigoes, MD.Duties & Responsibilities:Specific tasks include the following support for the CI&IDS Division Management Support Services Contract. Serves as the contract Sr, Program Manager in leading, managing, and administering the contracted effort in support of the overarching mission. Responsibilities include:* Overall cost, schedule, and performance management, risk identification and mitigation, and execution of Contract.* Primary Point of Contact (POC) to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) / Technical Point of Contact (TPOC)* Responsible for staffing contract in accordance with customer requirements.* Provides each team member, regardless of company, with on-boarding project indoctrination.* Performs employee relationship management* Maintain Staffing Plan that assigns personnel to tasks in accordance with Contract Labor Category and Statement of Work requirements* Schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring* Contract deliverables development, approval workflow, and submittal to Contracts* Ensures compliance with customer facing contractual provisions.* Overall responsible for contract quality management plan* Responsible for quality of the associated project deliverables* Interacts collaboratively with other functional area leads to provide overall strategic perspectives.* Performs more complex analytical and evaluative work requiring a comprehensive knowledge of the Project Management body of knowledge and how to tailor processes and tools for technical projects.* Develop briefs and presentations on technical status, staffing, and funds execution and planning.* Collects, compiles, and analyzes financial, project, and cost data for incorporation into teamwork plans, data calls, financial addendum, budgetary support documentation, and other financial sheets.* Trains team members on Navy Working Capital Fund, financial and business management processes, and specific Division processes to ensure consistency in support services.* Analyzes actual performance data and identifies trends, variances, or deficiencies from planned goals and projects.* Collaborates with the Deputy Program Manager and Project Control to develop and maintain Contract budgets and spend plans.* Recommends, develops, implements, and enforces procedures and programs to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness to the program.Qualifications:* At least ten (10) years relevant experience with DoD/Navy program/project management, Government technical management, or industry management experience.* At least eight (8) years total of supervisory experience are required, of which five (5) of the most recent years of employment must have been directly supporting project management.* Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.* Must have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.Education Requirements* Master's degree in engineering or an engineering discipline; a technical discipline; business or a business discipline; or computer science or IT discipline.* Bachelor's degree in the above listed discipline plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable job functions may be substituted for a master's degree.* Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (must obtain within 3 months of start-date).PSI Pax is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
