Learn more at KeeperSecurity.com .About the RoleThe Senior Program Manager, Data and Analytics will report to the Senior Director of Engineering and be responsible for optimizing our data infrastructure to support business needs, driving the business reporting process and leading analytics initiatives to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills and a keen understanding of business operations.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align data, reporting and analytics efforts with business goals.Lead efforts to optimize and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability and performance.Partner with the data engineering team to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our data ecosystem, including data sources, data models and data flows.Lead the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities.Partner with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting requirements.Develop and maintain reports to provide visibility and actionable insights to stakeholders.Perform analysis and hypothesis testing to answer business questions and support decision-making.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed for data-related projects.Requirements6+ years of experience performing the role of Program Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst or equivalent.Proven experience in business operations, reporting, data warehousing and analytics.Proficiency in data management tools, technologies and business intelligence systems such as AWS, SQL and Tableau.Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business results through data-driven insights and initiatives.Passionate about data and analytics as a lever to improve business performance.Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs.Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience.Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.Due to this role's involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a US Person.BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships).Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life.Voluntary Short/Long Term Insurance.401K (Roth/Traditional).A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc.).Above market annual bonuses.Keeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
