Job Description ASRC Federal Technical Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced SeniorProgram Manager to support our FAA contract in Egg Harbor Township, NJ at the William J. Hughes Technical Center. This large, second level engineering program encompasses multiple task orders with complex engineering deliverables. Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages all contract delivery, reputational risk, and program quality across a complex FAA engineering program involving 150+ staff and subcontractors
- Manages $15M+ annual revenue and bid profitability objectives at the task and overall program level in-line with larger account strategy goals
- Assures seamless and frequent FAA customer and CO/COR communication enabling high quality, on-schedule delivery
- Drives and directs continuous process improvement through ISO 9001 quality management and PMBOK best practices
- Analyzes performance trends/metrics and anticipates resource gaps/needs before they impact delivery/reputation
- Directs and allocates resources to program management office staff and Task Leads
- Collaborates with ASRC Federal resources (Contracts, Subcontracts, Finance Team, Recruiting, Legal, etc.)
- Informs NDAs and Teaming Agreement terms and workshare, and on-boards subcontracting partners
- Manages sub-contractor partners including work-share agreements as needed to meet growth and delivery objectives
- Accountable for all contractual obligations, contract compliance, quality, and delivery performance across the program

- BA/BS degree minimum.
- Active PMP certification or ability to obtain one required.
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressively advancing technical and management/leadership professional experience.
- Previous FAA experience as a federal employee or contractor required.
- WJHTC contract delivery experience strongly desired.
- Strong familiarity of FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) process
- Proven track record leading and managing staff and subcontractors in challenging and dynamic environments.
- ISO 9001 quality management certification knowledge and implementation experience strongly desired.
- Ability to successfully complete a government issued background investigation (FAA Public Trust).
- Ability to travel when necessary.
