Parker Tide is a veteran-owned, small business operating in DC. We serve as a value-partner to the government. We currently have a Senior Program Manager position available with one of our clients.Title: Senior Program ManagerPeriod of Performance: One year plus four option years.Place of Performance: Philadelphia, PA, Memphis, TN, Ogden, UT, Holtsville, NY, Austin, TX, Kansas City, MO - telework up to 50% of work scheduleEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher.Salary: Depends on experienceInvestigation: Tier One.Qualifications:
  • 8 years as a supervisor or manager, of which the last 3 years in a position that exercised operational control over operations identified in this PWS
  • 5 years of experience in interacting with and briefing high-level Government or industry executives is required, as well as possessing skill in oral and written communication.
  • 5 years of experience managing multiple projects of high complexity and experience providing strategic guidance in federal human capital efforts.
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification or 5 years of experience relating to Project/Program Management.
Scope:The Prime contractor shall provide a dedicated full-time senior program manager with overall responsibility for the management of this Contract. The PM will be responsible for managing needed contractor resources, monitoring and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and ensuring project work is of high quality and remains within the scope of work and funding as identified in this PWS. The contractor's PM shall be the single point of contact for the government for all matters concerning progress, problems, problem resolution, performance scheduling, cost resources and other related matters. The PM will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, solve problems in an effective and timely manner, and maintain constructive customer relations.
