Job Description MAXISIQ is seeking seasoned Senior Program Managers to collaborate with leadership to manage, develop, and deliver innovative defense solutions. These are full time positions located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD with work that becomes available in mid-December upon award. Duties performed in this role:
- Program Oversight: Manage and attend program reviews, providing technical guidance and solving program challenges.
- Schedule & Performance Management: Develop and maintain program schedules, analyze costs, and ensure projects meet budget and technical requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Assist in creating critical program documents, including Concept Plans and Development Plans, and support reporting and presentations.
- Training & Workforce Development: Oversee and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Operational Support: Managing administrative tasks, including travel systems, data maintenance, and SharePoint administration.
- Meeting & Communication Support: Coordinate secure communications and logistics for meetings and reviews.
Qualifications Clearance Requirement: Active or current Secret level clearance minimum Education: Master's Degree with PMP certification with 8-12 years of related experience that includes:
- Experience in program management, particularly within defense or government projects, with a focus on rapid prototyping and advanced technology development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Earned Value Management, and programmatic network tools. Strong analytical skills for cost, schedule, and performance assessments.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge and familiarity with FAR, Army Regulations, and the Defense Acquisition process.
- Experience managing training programs and workforce development initiatives within a military or government context.
- Proficient in developing program documentation, including Concept Plans, SAMPs, and Development Plans.
- Experience in AIS lifecycle management and secure communication systems.
