Working like a Creative Agency, we ensure that all our knowledge in the entertainment and experiences fields arrives at agencies and brands in each city, helping them conceptualise, produce, and manage multistrand digital and content campaigns.About the role:As Senior Programmatic Sales Manager at Fever, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic programmatic sales initiatives across the Secret Media Network, fostering relationships with key clients. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through the sale of programmatic advertising solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and staying abreast of industry developments and trends.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive programmatic sales strategy aligned with Fever's objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Fever's client base.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored programmatic solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on industry trends and best practices.
Revenue Growth:
  • Exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth through effective programmatic sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends at Fever to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of programmatic campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new and innovative programmatic products and offerings.
Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain Fever's competitive edge.
  • Use market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in programmatic sales, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
