The ideal candidate performs complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, and systems related to management and contractual issues, develops work breakdown structures and prepares charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing customer problems, possess writing and editing skills, and the ability to prepare and deliver presentations, works proactively, takes initiative in identifying and resolving issues. Provides advice/guidance for process improvement activities. Develops, coordinates, and improves program policies, standards, activities, and opportunities. Coordinates, and manages several aspects of projects including staffing, coordinating meetings, project and committee support, budget, and implementation of project activities. Coordinates cooperation across federal stakeholders and senior leadership. Leads media focused communications, heading support team structured to ensure client key messages are promoted effectively in print and electronic media. Meets with client regularly to discuss performance, propose initiatives, and establish priorities. Happily offering a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
