Key Responsibilities:

• Support site and master planning efforts, collaborating with clients and consultants on project approvals

• Manage building systems design and documentation from early concepts to final stages

• Contribute to project pursuits, assisting in the preparation of scopes and fee proposals

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and serve as a main point of contact for sophisticated client groups

• Mentor team members and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure quality and timeliness

• Conduct research, prepare technical documentation, and ensure compliance with project objectives

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field, with an active architectural license (LEED Accreditation a plus)

• At least 15 years of experience, ideally in technical project management or specialized facility design

• Skilled in Revit and adept at managing cross-disciplinary project coordination

• Strong communication abilities and a client-focused approach to project management

• Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a readiness to work within a remote and collaborative team structure
