Senior Project Architect 20 + years

Join a collaborative studio environment and be responsible for project implementation from design development through construction administration on a wide range of projects including healthcare, education, corporate interiors, retail, and luxury residential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of the technical design, construction detailing, code research, and oversight of the preparation of construction documents including drawings and specifications
• Manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously
• Coordination of consultants work
• Shop drawing and submittal review
• Construction site visits and project meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture
• 20+ years experience
• Strong Technical knowledge
• Extensive code experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in software including AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office
• Professional license

Salary commensurate with experience.
