As a Senior Project Engineer, you will report to the Plant Engineering Manager and play a key role in executing multiple capital projects that align with strategic business goals. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Salary: $120,000 - $150,000What You'll Do:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of capital projects using structured engineering workflows.
• Monitor project deliverables, spending forecasts, and ensure all projects meet performance objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Support fabrication, testing, and installation to guarantee project success.
